As of September 30, 2016, the Company held a 25% working interest in oil and gas properties located in Gregg County, Texas. The property is known as the T.W. Lee field. As of September 30, 2016, it held a 25% working interest in an East Texas oil and gas property. The property is known as the T.A. Greer lease.
