Touchmark Bancshares, Inc. is the bank holding company of Touchmark National Bank (the Bank). The Bank offers personal banking services and business banking services. Its personal banking services include consumer products, money market and savings, retirement and additional services. Its business banking services include checking, business lending and professional banking. The Bank also offers online banking services, which include online bill payment, account management and mobile banking. The Bank offers various loans, such as construction and development loans, real estate-mortgage loans, commercial real estate loans, commercial and industrial loans, and other loans. Construction and development loans include real estate development loans for which payment is derived from sale of the property as well as construction projects. Commercial real estate loans include owner occupied business properties and nonowner occupied business income-producing properties.
