The company holds a 100% interest in BC EL North and EL North 2 nickel-copper, and BC NEBA copper-gold prospects located in the Golden Triangle, British Columbia; BC Gold Mountain claims located near the town of Wells, British Columbia; four vanadium prospects of the Chibougamau vanadium prospects located in the direct vicinity of Lac Chibougamau, Quebec; and BC Gold Triangle prospect located in the Golden Triangle Gold District in British Columbia. It also holds interests in the Elon and McGee properties situated in Nevada; the Henry prospects, which include 2 gold-copper prospects covering 1,989 acres area located in the Golden Triangle Gold District in British Columbia; Safari Prospect consisting of 9,007 contiguous acres located in north-central British Columbia; and the Hammernose gold prospect covering 5,140 acres located in the Spences Bridge gold belt in Southern British Colombia, Canada. The company was formerly known as Indefinitely Capital Corp. and changed its name to Spearmint Resources Inc. in February 2012. Spearmint Resources Inc. was incorporated in 2009 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
