HTC Purenergy Inc. develops, aggregates, and commercializes proprietary technologies relating to CO2 capture and CO2 solvent recovery in Canada. The company operates through two segments, HTC CO2 Systems and Maxx. It offers energy products and services for oil field drilling, completion, and production; operates custom fabrication, CNC, and conventional machine shops, as well as overhead, mobile crane, fertilizer/material handling, and paint shops; and manufactures, sells, and distributes products relating to oil and gas equipment supply and services. The company's products include delta purification systems, including solvent reclaiming, glycol reclaiming, biogas purification, and flue gas purification systems for purifying gas and liquid streams in the field of oil, gas, chemical, and petrochemical industries. It also offers gas purification systems to Co2 capture and biogas processing; engineering services for trouble shooting gas processing systems; and project development services to conceptual engineering studies, project managers, and project owners. In addition, the company provides the Guardian Pipe Handling Systems for handling pipes in oil field drilling, as well as for potash production and other forms of mining drillings; mud control systems; drilling mud mixing and handling systems; customized frack water tankage and pond systems; and containment systems. HTC Purenergy Inc. provides recycled solvent products and services for use in a range of industries, including oil and gas, farmers, and individuals. The company was formerly known as HTC Hydrogen Technologies Corp. and changed its name to HTC Purenergy Inc. in February 2008. HTC Purenergy Inc. is headquartered in Regina, Canada.
