Harvest Oil & Gas Corp., through its subsidiaries, engages in the acquisition, development, and production of oil and natural gas properties in the United States. Its assets consist primarily of producing and non-producing properties located in the Barnett Shale, the San Juan Basin, the Appalachian Basin, Michigan, Central Texas, the Mid-Continent areas in Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Kansas, and Louisiana, as well as in the Permian Basin, the Monroe Field in Northern Louisiana, and Karnes County, Texas. As of December 31, 2017, the company had estimated net proved reserves of 13.4 million barrels of oil; 543.7 billion cubic feet of natural gas; and 31.6 million barrels of natural gas liquids. Harvest Oil & Gas Corp. was founded in 2006 and is based in Houston, Texas.
