Blue Ridge Mountain Resources, Inc., an independent oil and gas company, explores for, exploits, acquires, develops, and produces natural gas, and natural gas liquids (NGLs) and oils in the United States. As of September 30, 2018, the company owned 90% working interests primarily in the Marcellus and Utica Shale acreages with 1,023 gross productive wells comprising proved reserves of 510 billions of cubic feet equivalent. It is also involved in the pipeline transportation business. The company was formerly known as Magnum Hunter Resources Corporation and changed its name to Blue Ridge Mountain Resources, Inc. in January 2017. Blue Ridge Mountain Resources, Inc. was incorporated in 1997 and is headquartered in Irving, Texas.
